WHY PLAY ROLLER DERBY?

There are many reasons women to want to lace up a pair of skates. Most women who are seen booty checking enjoy the camaraderie on and off the track as well as the competitive nature of the sport. Not to mention that skating on a regular basis can help maintain a healthy workout schedule. Many skaters also bond and create lifelong friendships. There is definitely more to roller derby than just hitting and blocking.
